Using the back of Herstmonceux castle in East Sussex we spent a day in the beautiful gardens on a true sunny crisp autumnal day, which is my absolute favourite time of the year! (not a bad way to spend the day)

Emily was our model, we choose her because of her stunning copper hair to compliment the theme. I loosely curled her hair and left it down to give a relaxed boho feel, I then put it up when we changed the dress into an en trend dutch fishtail plait wrapped around and then added fresh flowers.

For Emily’s makeup I used airbrush foundation as it gives a flawless finish on and off camera. I then used gold and burnt orange tones on the eyes to compliment and continue the autumnal theme, then used a stunning berry tone mac lipstick on the lips.

Jo Frost from www.jofrostflowers.co.uk created this stunning floral headpiece that the model is wearing which I just love! As well as all the other floral arrangements used on the day.

Helen from www.Bettylovesvintage.co.uk arranged the shoot and all the styling using her fabulous vintage props.

Emily from www.emilysmixingbowl.co.uk created a stunning three tiered cake with a stunning berry and gold damask pattern. If you haven’t tried her cakes…then you need to they are fab!
