At present we only take online orders for the UK and countries in the European Union. Please contact us regarding other countries.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery. If you have a tighter deadline please contact us to see if we can help.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Airsure® which is a tracked service, requiring signature upon delivery. If you have a tighter deadline please contact us to see if we can help.


International Delivery Options

In the rare event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.


Orders are usually received within or before the estimated times however please be aware that delivery times shown are approximate in accordance to estimated times provided by Royal Mail and selected couriers.


All orders are dispatched via a tracked service and, in most cases, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.


In the rare occasion you receive a faulty item, please contact us at to arrange a full refund.


Please note that Items are thoroughly checked before before being sent out.


Product Availability


From time to time, products may be out of stock and we will inform you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) of the expected date the item is back in stock and if this is not suitable we will offer you a refund.



Order Confirmation


When you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.  Please quote this number when contacting us about your order.


If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact us if you cannot locate the email.



Problems with your order?


  • Please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to contact your postal service to track the item.
  • If your order has gone missing or is delayed we cannot be held responsible for this. If you require a replacement urgently, you would need to pay for the order again and we will resend it and then one of the following will happen:
    • If the first item turns up, it should be returned to us and we will refund the first order.
    • If it goes missing and is never found, we will refund you for the first item and make a claim with the delivery company. We cannot make the claim for 14 working days after the first item was posted so will refund you after that time.
